Paragraph 23 The Mercury Export and Data (Enforcement) Regulations 2010

The Mercury Export and Data (Enforcement) Regulations 2010^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In regulation 5(4)(b)(ii) (offences in respect of the EU Regulation), for “regulation 30 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “regulation 67 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
