Paragraph 25 The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011

The Water Environment (Controlled Activities) (Scotland) Regulations 2011^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

In Schedule 10, Part 2, paragraph 18(c)(iii), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
