# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 26: The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011


(1) The Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In Schedule 1, paragraph 1(2)(m) (information required for accreditation and registration), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
