Paragraph 27 The Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012

The Volatile Organic Compounds in Paints, Varnishes and Vehicle Refinishing Products Regulations 2012^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraphs (2) and (3).

For regulation 3(4)(b) (scope) substitute—

“(b)

Part 1 of Schedule 2 (solvent emission activities) to the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012 if it is operated above the solvent consumption threshold specified for that activity as set out in that Part; and”.

In regulation 6(1)(b)(ii) (enforcement) for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
