# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 5: The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991


(1) The Controlled Waste (Registration of Carriers and Seizure of Vehicles) Regulations 1991 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In Schedule 1 (prescribed offences: relevant enactments), for “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
