# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 6: The Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991


(1) The Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations 1991 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).
(2) In the Table in regulation 2 (transfer notes), in the third entry in column 1, for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
