Paragraph 8 The Special Waste Regulations 1996

The Special Waste Regulations 1996^f1 are amended in accordance with sub-paragraph (2).

(2)

In regulations 15(6A) (registers) and 17(2) (restrictions on mixing special waste), for “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000” substitute “the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012”.
