In the period to 31 May 2015, the entry in column 1 of the fifth row of the Table in Part 1 is to be read as if—

(a)

“or one or more of the risk phrases R45, R46, R49, R60 or R61” is inserted after “H360F”, and

(b)

“or either of the risk phrases R40 or R68” is inserted after “H351”.
