Paragraph 17

(1)

The period allowed for making representations to SEPA (the “representation period”) is—

(a)

in the case of a notice under paragraphs 13 or 16, the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which notice is given,

(b)

in the case of any other notice, the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the application is advertised under paragraph 8, and

(c)

in the case of a draft determination, the period of 28 days beginning with the date on which the draft is advertised under paragraph 23.

(2)

SEPA must consider any representation made within the representation period.
