  "text": "(1) SEPA must—\n(a) advertise notice of a draft determination under paragraph 20(1)(b) on the SEPA web site , or if it considers it appropriate, by any other means, within the 3 day period beginning with the date on which that notice is given, and\n(b) take all steps specified in the advertisement as falling to be carried out by SEPA within the periods set out in the advertisement.\n(2) If notice of a draft determination has been provided for onward transmission to another Member State under paragraph 26, SEPA must give a copy of the advertisement and of that draft to the Scottish Ministers at the same time as the notice is advertised.",
