# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 24


SEPA must take no account for the purposes of calculating the period specified in paragraph 23(1)(d)(ii) of any period beginning with the date on which notice is served under paragraph 7 and ending on the date on which the applicant furnishes the specified information.
