# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 25


If SEPA fails to give notice of a determination under paragraph 20, or a draft determination under paragraph 23, within the period specified for such a purpose, then the application is deemed to have been refused if the applicant gives notice to that effect to SEPA after the end of the period.
