In Parts 1 and 2 of this Schedule—
(a)
“called-in case” has the same meaning as in paragraph 17(1)
(b)
“representation period” has the same meaning as in paragraph 19(1), and
(c)
“Member State” includes Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norwayf1.
