# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 11


For the purpose of calculating the period specified in paragraph 10(1)(d)(ii), no account is taken of any period beginning with the date on which notice is served on the applicant under paragraph 3 and ending on the date on which the applicant provides the information specified in the notice.
