# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 17


The requirements of paragraph 4(8) or paragraph 9 of this Schedule do not apply in so far as they would require the advertisement of information mentioned in paragraph 4(9) or, as the case may be, paragraph 10 which is not to be included in the register under regulations 65 or 66.
