# The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Paragraph 18


Paragraphs 32 to 34 of Schedule 4 apply in relation to the requirement to give notice under paragraph 4(4)(c) of this Schedule as they apply to the requirement to give notice under paragraph 13 of that Schedule.
