  "text": "Where a matter falls to be determined for the purposes of regulation 65 or under regulation 66—\n(a) the period for notification under paragraph 4(4)(b) of this Schedule is the period of 14 days beginning 14 days after the day on which the matters to be determined for the purposes of regulation 65 or under regulation 66 are finally disposed of,\n(b) the period within which an advertisement is to be published under paragraph 4(8) shall be 28 days beginning 14 days after the day on which the matters to be determined for the purposes of regulation 65 or under regulation 66 are finally disposed of.",
