The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 103 and 122(2)(a) of the Postal Services Act 2000:
In accordance with section 122(12) of the Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:
