  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 122(12) of the Postal Services Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPOSTAL SERVICES\nMade 2001\nComing into force 2001\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 122(12) of the Postal Services Act 2000;\nAnd whereas the said draft as so laid has been approved by resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 30(2) of the Postal Services Act 2000 hereby makes the following Order:",
