  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 89(4) of and Schedule 7 paragraph 7(5) to the Postal Services Act 2011, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nPostal Services\nMade 2012\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 7 to the Postal Services Act 2011.\nA draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 89(4) of and Schedule 7 paragraph 7(5) to that Act and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.",
