  "text": "In article 6 (register of producers and first purchasers), for paragraph (6) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—\n“(6) The Council may enter on the register, in addition to the name and address of any registered person—\n(a) any business name under which and the address of any place at which he carries on business in the industry, and the names of his partners in any such business, and\n(b) where the registered person is a company, the names and addresses of any directors of the company,\nbut no other information.”",
