# The Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Privacy and Electronic Communications (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018 and come into force 21 days after the day on which they are made.
(2) In these Regulations, “the 2003 Regulations” means the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
