  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 141(4) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nHOUSING\nCRIMINAL LAW\nLOCAL GOVERNMENT\nMade 2005\nComing into force 1st January 2006\nThe Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by section 83(7) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 141(4) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:",
