# The Private Rented Sector Database Regulations 2026, Regulation 13: Verification, correction and removal of entries


(1) The database operator and local housing authorities may verify landlord and dwelling entries in the database.
(2) The database operator may—
(a) carry out the correction of errors in such entries;
(b) remove landlord and dwelling entries that appear to the database operator not to meet the requirements imposed by or under Chapter 3 of Part 2 of the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 for inclusion in the database.
