  "text": "(1) An active dwelling entry made for a dwelling which was intended to be let under a residential tenancy must be updated to include the information and documents specified in Part 2 of Schedule 3 before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day a residential tenancy of that dwelling begins.\n(2) An active dwelling entry made for a dwelling which was intended to be let under a residential tenancy which did not contain all the information specified in paragraphs 5 and 7 of Part 1 of Schedule 3 at the time the entry was made by virtue of regulation 6(4)(a) must be updated to include all that information before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day a residential tenancy of that dwelling begins.\n(3) An active dwelling entry made for a dwelling which is let under a residential tenancy which did not contain all the information and documents specified in paragraphs 5 and 7 of Part 1, or Part 2, of Schedule 3 at the time the entry was made by virtue of regulation 6(4)(b) must be updated to include all that information and those documents before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day the entry was made.\n(4) Where any of the information or documents contained in an active dwelling entry for a dwelling which is let under a residential tenancy becomes out of date, the entry must be updated before the end of the period of 28 days beginning with the day the information or documents became out of date.",
