  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under paragraphs 1(3) and 7(3) of Schedule 2 to the Private Security Industry Act 2001, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nsecurity industry\nMade 2007\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(2) and (3)\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1(2) and 7(2) of Schedule 2 to the Private Security Industry Act 2001.\nIn accordance with paragraphs 1(3) and 7(3) of Schedule 2 to that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nIn accordance with section 24(4) of that Act, he has consulted the Scottish Ministers and the Security Industry Authority.",
