# The Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Amendments to Schedule 2) Order 2009, Article 6: Amendments to Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the 2001 Act


After paragraph 8(2)(n) of Schedule 2 to the 2001 Act (as inserted by the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 2009), insert—
“(o) any place in respect of which an entertainments licence within the meaning of Schedule 1 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Northern Ireland) Order 1985 is in force.”.
