Draft Order laid before the House of Commons under section 102(5) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1987, for approval by resolution of that House.

Coming into force 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 102(4) of the Finance (No. 2) Act 1987.
In accordance with section 102(5) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of the House of Commons.
