  "text": "Draft Order laid before Parliament under section 120(4) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nLegal Services, England And Wales\nMade\nComing into force 1 August 2009\nThis Order is made under section 55(3) of, and paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 to, the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.\nThe Secretary of State has considered the advice given to him by the Legal Services Consultative Panel and the President of the Family Division.\nThe Secretary of State is satisfied that the body named in this Order has such arrangements in force as are mentioned in paragraph 4 of Schedule 9 to the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990.\nA draft of this instrument has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament pursuant to section 120(4) of that Act.\nAccordingly the Secretary of State makes the following Order:",
