# The Procurement Act 2023 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Procurement Act 2023 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations, except for Part 1 and regulation 3, come into force on the 24th February 2025.
(3) Part 1 and regulation 3 come into force on the 23rd February 2025.
