# The Procurement Act 2023 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025, Regulation 12: Amendment of the Heavy Goods Vehicles (Charging for the Use of Certain Infrastructure on the Trans-European Road Network) Regulations 2009


(1) The Heavy Goods Vehicles (Charging for the Use of Certain Infrastructure on the Trans-European Road Network) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 18 (information requirements where a concession toll is involved), in paragraph (2)(b), for “concession notice within the meaning of regulation 6 of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016” substitute “tender notice published under section 21(1) of the Procurement Act 2023”.
