# The Procurement Act 2023 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025, Regulation 15: Amendment of the Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011


(1) The Elected Local Policing Bodies (Specified Information) Order 2011 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (specified information), in paragraph (2)—
(a) omit the “or” after sub-paragraph (c);
(b) after sub-paragraph (d), insert—
“; or
(e) is required under the Procurement Act 2023”.
