Regulation 22 Amendment of the National Health Service Commissioning Board (Additional Functions) Regulations 2017

The National Health Service Commissioning Board (Additional Functions) Regulations 2017^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 4(3)(a) (power to conclude and manage framework agreements), for “economic operator (within the meaning of regulation 2 (definitions) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015)” substitute “supplier”.
