# The Procurement Act 2023 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025, Regulation 31: Amendment of Regulation (EU) No1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council


(1) Regulation (EU) No1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on information provision and promotion measures concerning agricultural products implemented in the internal market and in third countries and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 3/2008 is amended as follows.
(2) In Article 20 (procurement with regard to measures implemented on the initiative of the Commission), for “the Public Contracts Regulations 2015”, substitute “the Procurement Act 2023”.
