Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Procurement (Amendment) Regulations 2026.

(2)

Regulations 1, 2, 3(1), 3(2)(b), 3(3), 3(4), 3(8), 3(9) and 4 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 3(2)(a), 3(5), 3(6), 3(7) and 6 come into force on 1st April 2026.

(4)

Regulation 5 comes into force on 1st October 2026.
