# The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (Thresholds) Amendment Order 2027, Article 2: Amendment of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014


(1) The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (“the Act”) is amended as follows.
(2) In section 3(2) (regulated contracts), in the table—
(a) for “£50,000” substitute “£100,000”,
(b) for “£2,000,000” substitute “£4,000,000”.
