# The Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (Thresholds) Amendment Order 2027, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 44(2) of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

Coming into force 1st April 2027
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(3) and 44(1) of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 44(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
