  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the thresholds for regulated contracts in section 3(2) of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014. The amendments set the goods and services threshold at £100,000 and the works threshold at £4,000,000. The changes will not apply to regulated procurements (as defined in sections 2 and 42 of that Act) commenced before 1 April 2027.",
