Regulation 3 Interpretation

In these Regulationsf1—

  • “CA 2006” means the Companies Act 2006f2;

  • “CPV code” means a code used in the Common Procurement Vocabulary as adopted by Regulation (EC) No 2195/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 November 2002 on the Common Procurement Vocabularyf3.

  • “PA 2023” means the Procurement Act 2023.
