  "text": "(1) This regulation sets out what information must be included in a procurement termination notice published under section 55(2) of the PA 2023.\n(2) The information is—\n(a) the contracting authority information,\n(b) the title of the procurement,\n(c) the unique identifier for the procurement,\n(d) a statement to the effect that, following the publication of a tender or transparency notice in respect of a contract, the contracting authority has decided not to award the contract, and\n(e) the date when the contracting authority decided not to award the public contract.\n(3) Nothing in this regulation prevents a contracting authority from publishing other information that relates to the same procurement in a procurement termination notice.",
