  "text": "(1) Schedule 1 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 1(2), omit “at the same time, and”.\n(3) In paragraph 4—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1), for “section 242 of the Companies Act 1985”, substitute “section 441 of the Companies Act 2006”; and\n(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (2)(b)(iii), add “(with the exception of any packaging or packaging materials exported from the United Kingdom to a marine installation)”.",
