# The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 22: Amendment of Schedule 10 (mid-year changes)


In Schedule 10, paragraph 19(b), omit “and for this purpose the requirement in regulation 7(4)(e) shall not apply”.
