# The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2012, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations—
(a) may be cited as the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) Regulations 2012; and
(b) come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(2) Regulation 3 extends to England and Wales only.
