  "text": "Draft Rules laid before Parliament under paragraph 5(5) of Schedule 3 to the Terrorism Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nprevention and SUppression of terrorism\nMade\nComing into force 1st December 2007\nThe Lord Chancellor makes these Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the Terrorism Act 2000 and having had regard to the considerations specified in paragraph 5(2) of that Schedule.\nIn accordance with paragraph 5(5) of that Schedule, a draft of these Rules has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.",
