Article 37 Errors of procedure

Original text. Later amendments are not shown.

Where in any proceedings, before they have been determined by the Commission, there has been an error of procedure such as a failure to comply with a rule—

(a)

the error does not invalidate any step taken in the proceedings unless the Commission so directs; and

(b)

the Commission may give a direction or take any other step that it considers appropriate to remedy the error.
