  "text": "Draft Rules laid before Parliament under paragraph 5(5) of Schedule 3 to the Terrorism Act 2000, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nprEvention and suppression of terrorism\nMade 2007\nComing into force in accordance with rule 1\nThe Lord Chancellor makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the Terrorism Act 2000 and having had regard to the considerations specified in paragraph 5(2) of that Schedule.\nIn accordance with paragraph 5(5) of that Schedule, a draft of these Rules has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",

      "text": "2000 c.11. Paragraph 5 was amended by section 22(1) and (11) of the Terrorism Act 2006 (c.11). By virtue of section 9 of the 2000 Act, where rules within the meaning of section 7 of the Human Rights Act 1998 (c.42) provide for proceedings under section 7(1) of that Act to be brought before the Commission, the powers conferred by paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to the 2000 Act apply to such proceedings. Section 9 was amended by sections 22(1) and (9) and 37(5) of, and Schedule 3 to, the Terrorism Act 2006 and by section 82(1) of, and paragraph 12(1) of Schedule 4 to, the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (c.23)."
