# The Protected Trust Deeds (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Protected Trust Deeds (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 1 July 2024.
(2) In these Regulations “the 2016 Act” means the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 2016.
