# The Protected Trust Deeds (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010, Introduction: Introductory text


Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 72(2) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of, and paragraph 5(1) of Schedule 5 to, the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 72(2) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
