# The Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Consequential Modifications) Order 2010, Article 2: Provision of information by ISA to the Scottish Ministers


In Schedule 3 to the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, after paragraph 22 insert—
“22A. ISA may provide the Scottish Ministers with such information as it thinks may be relevant to the exercise by the Scottish Ministers of their functions under Parts 1 and 2 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp 14).”.
