  "text": "(1) The provisions of this Part have effect for the purposes of, and in connection with, the exercise of the freedom of the provider of a service who is established in another EEA state to provide the service in the United Kingdom from that state.\n(2) Accordingly, in this Part—\n(a) references to the provider of a service are references to the provider of a service exercising that freedom;\n(b) references to access to, or the exercise of, a service activity are references to access to, or the exercise of, the activity by the provider of a service in the exercise of that freedom.",
